Caprese Christmas Wreath

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tomatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • flaky salt
  • black pepper
  • cherry tomatoes and rosemary sprigs a handful

Equipment

  • Round platter

Method
 

  1. On a round platter, arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices in an overlapping ring, tucking a basil leaf between each slice.
  2. Fill the center edge with cherry tomatoes and rosemary sprigs so it reads as a wreath.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic glaze; finish with flaky salt and pepper. Serve right away.
