Hot Chocolate Cookies

Fudgy chocolate cookies with gooey mini marshmallows pressed on top. All the cozy of hot cocoa, in cookie form!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Equipment

  • Bowls
  • Baking sheets
  • 2-tablespoon scoop

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars; beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients; fold in chips.
  3. Scoop 2-tbsp balls; bake at 350°F for 10-12 min.
  4. Press 3-4 mini marshmallows into each hot cookie.

Notes

  • Press the marshmallows into the cookies while they're hot.
