Witch's Brew Punch

Bright green, fizzy Halloween party punch with lime sherbet, pineapple juice and floating gummy eyeballs. Kids go wild for this one!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint lime sherbet
  • 1 can pineapple juice 46 oz, chilled
  • 1 bottle lemon-lime soda 2 liters, chilled
  • green food coloring
  • gummy eyeball candies for floating

Equipment

  • Large punch bowl

Method
 

  1. Scoop the lime sherbet into a large punch bowl.
  2. Pour the pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda over the sherbet.
  3. Stir in a few drops of green food coloring until bright witchy green.
  4. Float gummy eyeballs on top and serve immediately while fizzy.

Notes

  • Chill the juice and soda first.
  • Serve immediately while it's fizzy.
